Anybody else do this? Im really thinking about buy like 5 footlongs a week and using them for 10 meals throughout the week. I got one last week with double turkey lettuce, tomato, and black olives, on wheat, no sauce just a dash of red vinegar to dip it in.

I looked at the nutrition on subway and its like 4 grams of fat and 28g's of protein, not crazy amount of carbs. The sodium is a bit high but im not ON or anything so i dont think thats a big deal. Since its tough to heat meals at work etc. im thinking about taking 2 6 inches each day and scarfing them down on break. Easier and way more tasty then plain chicken lol.

Welp off to the gym and to subway haha. Thanks Jerred haha.

You got nothing to lose trying it bro. Well, I guess Jarred did. ha!
I eat the roasted chicken breast. But I guess if you are looking for cold the double turkey be the way to go. My chick makes me a sandwich every morning. That Pepperridge Farms sourdough bread with nonfat mayo, mustard, fat free cheese, and a shitload of turkey.

did it today replaced 2 meals with the 6 inch sandwich. Man it was delish compared to the usual chicken rice etc. lol. I just get some red vinegar to dip a little bit each bite and man it was good. She put a ton of turkey on it so im pretty sure the protein was decent but i had a half a scoop of whey to keep the protein around 50 g's per meal.

I always try to carry my meals with me at work, but I dont when doing stuff on my day off so I usually hit up subway.

the footlong subway club double meat heated up FTW!!! turkey, ham, and roast beef!

I like to get double meat turkey in wraps with extra spinach, tomato, and onion.I like the wraps because it has less carbs.

I love it, its not quite as good as my chicken and brown rice or broccoli. It really does make dieting easier though. Im Below maintanence right now and the subway just kinda helps me stay on it because i get something that actually tastes good haha.

I like the club myself but as you said the downside is sodium intake on that. I get bacon on it and swiss cheese but nothing else. I am especially fond of the quiznos prime rib peppercorn but am scared to see the nutrition values for that mug. LOL. Subway five dollar foot long...hey maybe you can document your progress and get an ad deal. You never know bro.

^haha no kidding. Dude quiznos is the shit but wow. I checked out the nutrition on the large classic italian last year sometime im pretty sure it was over 1300 cals' and like 2 grams of sodium lol.

welp going to get my subway sandwhiches haha. I feel guilty when eating them but then i just look at the nutrition and think hell its better then most things i could eat. Delicious.
