Yesterday for some reason my right knee was hurting really bad right before bed to the point where I can barely bend it. This morning was the same way. It is on the oustide of my right knee and very tender to the touch. It feels like there is a small lump there. I wanted to take off work but cant afford to so I am hobbling around. I did pin yesterday in my upper thigh and my leg day was friday. All I did was box squats for 225 for my working set 10 reps at a pace of 5 up and 5 down. Then I did hack squats for a working set of 180lbs as deep as I can go with the same speed of 5 up and 5 down. I have done this before so its not new. This does not include my working sets either. Any thoughts what this could be. I am trying to go to the doc today after work but wanted to get your thoughts on what it could be or ideas to remedy. Until this is gone to leg workouts. I can put pressure on it but just hurts to bend it.
