Been hearing a lot of guys using this in different ways and wanted to get some feed back from our MC family here. Most post /forums say apply to the muscle group you want to bring up or thats lagging before you head into the gym. Then there are others that suggest apply right after your workout with the muscle bellies are nice and bumped, such as the book building the ultimate beast (its about an IFBB pro we all know and what he did / does. Ive tried both but found post works to be much less painful and no bruising compared to before when the muscles are not full of blood, more painful to apply and almost bruising every time.
Love to hear your feed back and approach.
Thanks guys

Are you following Big A's protocol?? If so and you are referring only to pre or post workout, I tried to do it pre workout. It was painful while training, but less painful the rest of the time and had less of a mobility issue after administration.

I've looked into it, but have never used it. I don't think I've reached my full potential (by far). I need to get my diet in check first and put on some serious weight

I don't know about other protocols but logically Big A's protocol makes a lot
of sense.

It is done preworkout so that the workout itself will:

  1. move the oil along the muscle fibers to prevent lumps from too much oil in one place
  2. create bigger pumps (since the oil is already there beforehand and the muscle is tigher) in order to achieve greater fascial stretching.
Bruising - this has nothing to do with the timing of the shots but all to do
with the placement of your shots and whether or not you hit blood vessels
on the way in or out. You can also minimise bruising by making you sure
you stop any bleeding ASAP and keep pressure for several minutes. Less
bleed = less bruising.

Btw, if you haven't already you can read it here:

This protocol has been around is tried and tested for many years now. If you
follow this guide you WILL have positive results.
