I just want to give a big thank you to all the guys on here for supporting homedog and I in are upcoming fights in Atlantic City. Especially Presser and Choke who are going out of their way to make our training and preparation as easy as possible for us. The are really helping out a lot and supporting us during this huge moment in our careers. Without you guys this would be much more difficult for us.
I hope we can make you guys proud and put on a kick ass show in AC.

thanks guys.....i just need to pick up the cardio hard the next 4-5 wks and get some hard sparring to get the rust off and i should be fine

If you are a guy who likes to lift everyday, it's hard to pull it off when you need to find time for cardio, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and submission grappling/jiu jitsu too. Probably would have to cut back on your lifting as a fight approaches. 2-3 x a week would be ideal upping the level of intensity w/ shorter rest between sets.
Right now i've been lifting like one body part a day about 5x a week because i was injured and couldn't do my fight training as much, so i tried to compensate. After i get to philly next week i'm going to change my lifting routine to 2-3x a week depending on how i feel w/ all the other training i need to do. After boxing for 2 hours every morning....and doing grappling at night. So i need to take it day by day and see how my recovery is to decide when i will lift.

Ahh, choke is the man....yeah i am busy training but today i'm only doing lifting/some sprints and light technique drilling so i have some free time.
i wont' be on here much come next week as i start a harder phase of training. I'll be sleeping in my free time :)
