Well after months destroying my quads, hams, calves, I have finnaly made some great improvments. Way better sweep and separation in my quads. My hams are finnaly starting to drop and have great lines strating to really stand out. My calves are prob the biggest improvment I have made!!!!! Way bigger, way leaner, and some sick separation!!!!! They're not all the way there yet, but gettn damn close. Will post pics this weekend.....

what r ya doing now, im a firm believer in splitting ur legs into 2 workouts, , quads, and hams, as legs are way too much to tackle in one workout and you will without a doubt grow and pass platues if u split ur legs into seperate workouts
 
Its funny you mention that. I did that this week. Felt wierd though. I did Quads on Monday and hams and calves Tuesday night after I put my buddy to bed. I need to learn more about hams and calves for sure. Im just learning stiff leg deads. I dont have the movement down right. Thanks!!

Well dr Presser I'm going to try it and see if my oak trees can become redwoods..

Ditto. Morning quads and afternoons hammies and calves. I do this when I can though, sometimes I'll do all in my morning.
