midwtchamp, you should deadlift on back day. And Al, yes, squatting makes sense on quad day. Front squats are all quads, for sure. With conventional squats, the more you squat like a powerlifter (super wide stance=all hips/glutes/hams), the less the quads will be involved. Whenever I train with regular squats on quad day, I be sure to include at least one balls-out set of leg presses to finish off my quads.
