Twitching?

Hey Guys....

Just want to know if any one else is having the same problem I am. When I sleep at night I twitch big time - according to my wife. Sometime so bad that it keeps her up at night!

Just looking for some ideas from people out there with that same proble!

Seriously, I used to do it when I was restless or dreamed...

My muscles twitch often-usually when I've worked out alot but have not gotten adaquate sleep, I also get these 'charlie-horses' in my feet and calves where the muscle suddenlt tightens up.. but I usually get these symptoms when I'm off the juice, I havn't had them while on..but so much that it keeps your wife up?? Mine are hardly noticeable to another person..

funny mace was complainin that cyphon kicks him in his sleep also...
