Just had to say this var is killing me with pumps. Last night was hittin back and my forearms and bi's got so pumped i damn near had to cut it short. Also hit rack pulls so my lower back i had to walk around like a damn i dont know what. Then i tried to do cardio made it 15 minutes and my lower back was so pumped i was in a world of pain so i left lol. Anybody else get lower back pumps and in general this bad?
