Verizon versus Att&t cingular

I am surprised at how many more verizon customers their are here then att&T cingular users! I always found verizon to be so much slower and bad service overall compared to att & t ,

so i was curious why everyone is using verizon and which one works better on our site if you know??? lol, can you hear me now

Same here, Verizon simply has the best coverage where I'm at.

AT&t pretty much rules my state in coverage, 4g LTE is really good normally around 6mbps down or so depending on where im at sometimes upwards of 15 to 20. I also have Uverse it has been fantastic except for my wifi on the modem's. I finally got a new modem with a bigger foot print, for free took 3 calls to tech support, but I am finally happy all around with AT&T had them for years now.

Verizon blows bad by me! Drops calls all the time so about 9 years ago got AT&T and it's been great! Minus the fucking bill! 2 iPhones , an iPad and a galaxy tab is $278 per month! I think that's fucking rediculous personally!!!

I hear ya on the cost bro, It's out of control! I'm paying 180 a month for two lines, but we still have our unlimited data so we're not about to give that up. I go through 40-50gb a month, the wife closer to 10-15.

yeah the billing is always gonna be high and just getting higher. Its insane bro, I also have 4 lines with AT&T 2 Iphones and 2 droids, we pay around $245 a month, only reason mine is cheaper is i get a discount for work. Its still by far the best service ive had, but for what we pay for if you price the other companies, they are all pretty damn close in comparison.

Does AT&T not throttle you bro? I have unlimited on my line still and anytime im above 5 they throttle the fuck out of me, im talking like maybe 1Mbps speed most of the time around 500kbps terrible. Thats another reason im thinking of going even to Tmobile, they dont throttle and their 4g speeds are damn close in comparison.

They don't throttle me on Verizon. I usually average 15mbps up, 4-6 down.

ohh ok, I didnt read clearly enough, I thought you meant you had AT&T. Cool, yeah if thats the case I wish i had unlimited with them. AT&T makes it kinda a moot point that you have all the data you want if you don't wanna wait to use it.

I just use straight talk... 45$ a month and get unlimited everything. At&t towers too. You got to buy your phone tho or bring in your old one and replace the SIM card... If you buy a years worth of service too, it brings it down to like 40$ or so. Not complaining as a the service is great, but I need a new and improved phone!

yeah its nuts! but were grandfathered in with un limited everything, and i like that i can use my internet if I'm talking on the phone, i hear ya can't do that with verizon, and I've been on calls where i needed to google shit or look shit up from our store here for people as i have my 800 number forwarded to my cell phone certain times of the day, so i do like that internet and phone work at same time!

Haha are you serious? you cant view the internet and talk on the phone at the same time. Holy shit yeah i would never do that. I'm stuck on conference calls a lot via cell phone, or just hold for certain things, if I couldn't view the web id go nuts.

Luckily I still have the unlimited plan as well. 2 other lines on my plan only have 3gb of data but my girl works from home so she is always on wifi so i never have to worry about her.

The real question is, can you take a picture while you're on the phone? Don't turn this into an Android vs Apple thing, you might lose bro! LOL!
