Now in week 6 and WOW. Very strict cutter diet. No bloat. About 3% loss in BF. Have gained 15lbs. Workout is very intense high volume. Dbol can make you hard if your diets up to par.

Older 30's and doing really good, everythings in check. PCT will be 300mg. prop a week, eod, to stay lean. About 3 months.

So would anyone run slin after each (6 meals) at only like 1iu and not have to carb up high yet still upload the food while cutting?

What about 4ius of HGH split eod for 6+ months just to help with cutting?

I need help with my cruise, want to still grow, but heal also.

Sounds good optimal, except for your PCT. 300mg of prop is not PCT--you're still on. This is more like bridging. What about restoring your natural test afterwards?

I'm crossing over for a min. of one year c&b, if I don't recover then oh well. Would 200mg. week be sufficiant for the cruise. Need other ideas.

Not much at all actually. Just a couple facial zits (2-3). My BP is only about 120/80. Alot of pumps. Hardly any water. Hair has always been thick. Nuts are still there. No signs of gyno what so ever.

I know I'm using too much but its great to eat less than 150grams of carbs, less then 10 grams of fat, and more than 300grams of protein everyday and still gain weight while the veins start popping out and the fat sheds. I think the prop/enth. blend has alot to do with it also.

Here's a weird thing though that someone here may be able to answer for me? I've been weighing in alot and my weight is fluctuating in a very wierd manner. Cheat day is all day Saturday. I eat around 6,000-7,000 calories, no junk just regular big homecooked meals. So on Mondays I weight in and I'm always dissapointed because I lost weight. Tuesday heavier, Wed. heavier, Thurs heavier, Friday the last day that week I'm up like 6 pounds from Monday. This has been going on for weeks, So why such a big drop in pounds during my cheat and non-workout days?

my theory is that it is because you are jump starting your metabolism with every cheat meal. I bet you weigh more on sunday, but by monday you have lost the water/weight and your metabolism has spead way up - the entire point of the cheat/refeed day.
