What do you do for cardio? Right now, I'm doing 2 days a week a long, brisk walk - 90 minutes and then 3 days a week I'm getting in a 40-minute treadmill jog.

I ask because I've always though running was just better. But the more I see now is people walking as their cardio. The most common reason the walk over the run is because they say it's impossible to build massive quads if you're running all the time. I can dig. Also, some are saying you burn fat better durring a walk. I actually read an article about it, will try to dig it up.

My goal right now is build legs but drop BF% a few percentages. Which would you suggest for my case?

Medium ********* is much better for burning fat than high ********* in my opinion, a brisk uphill walk even on the incline treadmill will burn more fat than running the same distance. I generally do cardio on the cross trainer and stationary bike keeping my heart rate between 65 and 70% of my max geart rate

i do bike and uphill treadmill walk then switch up with crosstrainer i find this works alot better for me plus jogging hurts caught baseball for 13 years so knees arent exactly what they used to be..

Ive been doing 2x a week of 20min high ********* on a bike or elliptical. Other machines hurt my back and muscles fatigue before I out of breath.

Personally, I dont think it eats my muscle OR keeps fat off......food intake controls all that. I just do it to stay in good respiratory condition.

never done cardio in my life. i know sooner or later im not going to be able to keep 7%bf without doing cardio and a healthy diet so im soaking it up while i can

my cardio is rediculous....but its not the cardio you would wanna do for bb'ers its more of a conditioning regime. I dont lose as much fat as i do when i am doing my lower ********* cardio...but i am not in nearly as good of shape

I have never really done cardio, only once in a while. Play football every Sunday, that's the extent of it.

I do the stairmaster but I have to keep the level around 6-8 or I will loose weight too damn fast

Every now and then I get on the stationary cycle. My wife wants to get one of those Tony Little gazelles so maybe I'll try that out.
