As far as preworkout, or what do you take to drink or sip on while working out? Im sure some people even take some food or snacks with them. I remember WesIam I believe saying he carries reese's cups lol.
i dont take nothing apart from straps/backbelt /knee wraps...other than that i eat right before i drive to the gym and try and get 1-1/2 2 litres of water in me by the end of the session......oooooooops forgot the ECA stack im on at the moment..
Take my aminoX from BSN drink that during my first couple warm up sets, then about 30 minutes in I start sipping on chocolate milk. And no I've never puked from the milk hahaha
As far as supps; Post I have a smart shake shaker with 50g of Karbolyn, bcaa's, Emergen C, 10g of Glutamine, 5g of creatine. Intra, nothing really. That's all I take to the gym. I keep a couple of pop tarts in my bag just in case for a snack if I don't go straight home to take some whey or eat.
