with DC training, I tend to feel it almost everywhere.
I'd say only my quads dont really get sore anymore.
most sore, probably my hamstrings lately.
 
Leg day is usualy pretty hard on me. My quads and glutes are usualy the most sore after a day. Squats and dead lift's are what does it to me. Also shoulder press,Flies,and scullcrushers are hard on my rotator cup in my right side.
I only train 1 muscle group a day, so I usualy have a week to recover each part.
 
usually legs, after a good leg workout i have trouble sitting on the damn toilet the next day and its like i have to call in for back up just to stand up off the pot LOL :lurk:
 
My legs and calves used to be the worst for me, but not anymore. Now it has changed to my lats/back. If I hit those really hard, I'm aching for about a week.
 
hmm i would have to say my calfs come to mind when i think of how long they hurt for plus considering u have to walk on em in pain or not, ive had to tip toe litterly for days at a time until my calfs recooped at times
 
Shoulders for sure! They hurt so bad at the end of my workout I have to hold my arms up in the air for a while cause its not as bad when i do that. Its actually a medium to severe pain for 5 min or so not a soreness.
 
chest kills me in terms of soreness, but leg day is brutal, after my leg workout i have to drag myself up the stairs and out of gym to throw up and powernap before i drive home LOL
 
Leg day is probably the worst for me. After an especially intense workout I can barely walk, stand, kneel, or do anything. I try not to destroy them like that anymore. It almost makes it not even worth it, but it's pretty much a necessity since your lower body is what makes or breaks us..
