Everyone's opinion of "big" is different. Most guys arent as extreme as me. Although I will never acheive it, anything short of pro is not big to me. A pro's size is and will always be my goal. So for my height of 6'1", Im thinking 280lbs bulked up and 250lbs cut. Hell, even that is small for pros now days.

im about 50lbs of LBM away from that goal.

hmm big to me is say my height 6'2.5 at about 325lbs , right now im 290ish and i thought that would be big when i was 275lbs but i was wrong, lol, now i think 320is will be big to me,lol

i've finally broken my platuae but 216 isn't enough, i was thinking 230, and a lean 210 at 5'10" would be good enough for me....

who knows though...

great question btw... i think we all forget what normal is after a while... and go for the big big big big.. and leave it at that..

i remember at one point i was thinking i would be so happy to hit 200# then it was 210 and i eventually got up to 260 or so at 5-9. now i am around 210 but i fight so i like to stay closer to my fight weight then i used too, plus i changed weight classes...

The guys I train with are 5'11 330 about 8% bf and 6'2 365-385 about 10%bf...Compared to them I feel like a child, and everyone I see now is small.

Britains strongest man is named Darren Sadler and he is 5'8-260 at 5%. He is pound for pound the most ridiculous human being I have ever seen...so that also I would consider big.

wow

i'm 6'1 and i'll be happy with 235 at around 7%.

I'm thinking pretty similarly. I'm 6', and I'd love to be 230-235 around 7% bf. With my bone structure (thin), lots of guys look bigger to me because they're taller, thicker, or wider, even though they may not have a lot of muscle--even though my own arms are 19".

im 5'8 and when i started i was 164, and thought 200 would be big. I got up to 204, and now want to be 240ish!

Big to me would be 5'9, 240lbs @ 7-8% bodyfat. Now all I need to do is gain about 35lbs. About 25lbs of it being LBM. That's a tall order I know. lol. Honestly though, I would be happy at 225lbs @ 8% for now. Last time I was at that bodyweight my bf was quite a bit higher which prompted me to cut down to under 200lbs which I kinda regret now since I lost so much size.

Big to me is Ronnie or even bigger the late Trevor smith. I alsways wanted to be bigger than him, until he died. The biggest i have been is 317 lbs. If you are not competing, its too damn big to be comfortable with clothes, cars, pussy, etc.

Its not the size of the dog in the fight...

well if we were talking about fighting i guess u would be correct, however size matters on stage

Big for me is the one pounder Burguer from Fudrockers :p

Big was Armin at the Houston Pro with 300 pounds, 6.4
Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cottler and Dennis Wulf
