Who is working out during Christmas?

I just wanted to see who are the gym junkies out there?

Well X-mas is on a Saturday. I'll only be doing my outdoor cardio.

I will be keeping to my 6 meals a day and not eating X-mas junk food. No cardio or Gym on weekends for me.

Well put. I wont be because its on a Sat and i dont lift on Sat's but I will be doing some speedwork on it.

I'll be lifting on Friday though.

i hate to sound like a grinch, but bump mmx2 about christmas being just another day. i usually do cardio on sat but it will depend on me being hungover or not.

I'll be training of Friday, Saturday is my usual day off so I won't be training then, besides my gym is closed on Christmas day.

its at the weekend so will train friday as usual same the week after. Diet same as usual except for a bit of drink and x mas pudd

I guess the better question is, "If Christmas fell on a lifting day, would you be at the gym?"

The answer would be yes in that case.

hell no I am going to take the 4 days off but keep to my diet as much as I can I believe that taking a couple of days off is no biggie as long as you get right back into it after, I mean come on its xmas for god sake everybody needs a little change of scenery, lol

Yes, if Christmas fell on an Friday then YES i would be lifting on it. This is my passion, not my hobby.

well to be honest my gym will be closed that day so even if I wanted to I would be outta luck.

If I was single and not going to Brazil for Christmas to see my wife's family then, yes, I would be lifting on Christmas.

I'm going to visit family a few states away, so probably not. But I will be scoping out a gym in the area so I can get a good quickie in while I'm home!! If I don't workout I feel like a slug!!

well...i like the idea of a day off and all but i dont plan on changing anything...routine as usual.with the exception of consuming a little more turkey again on Christmas day and the next and the next after that. Oh no, more turkey leftovers...gosh i feel sleepy.
