ok, about 4 weeks ago i hit my max on my bench. I was off at the time, so I felt damn good about it.

About 2 weeks ago i started my diet

Started my cycle a week ago. 100mgs of prop, 100mgs of tren.

now i go to bench again and im 30lbs less on my bench- wtf???

normal, you fret so much over that one stupid unimportant lift, sometimes i wanna smack you. its called a bad day at the gym. we all have them. it means nothing.

same thing happened to me a few weeks back bro.....i was thinking about my bench all day on chest day and when i went to bench i was nowhere near what I thought i'd lift; then again my carb intake that day sucked so i tried again jus tlast week and my bench was right where it was 2 weeks before .... did u get a nice pump and squeeze in the chest? once u worked as hard as you could thats all tht matters....the weight will be right back sooner than u think bro.....

Just a bad day bro did you do cardio before your workout? If your doing high intensity then i would say quit, keep your heart no higher then 130 when doing cardio. You will burn more fat and less muscle on a calorie restricted diet and you wont be fatigued as much the next day when working out.

no.... i had a really really bad day on tuesday. where i was about 50lbs below my max. i didnt say anything cause it was a flook. but then again today???

sleep deprivation kills my lifts... i can pop some ephedrine and keep the same kind of stamina/cardio but not strength, no sir.

it truley could be anything

-lack of sleep
-lack of water
-missed a meal or 2
-stress
-some douche bag pissing you off at the gym (LOL)

no.... You guys, im really weaker. Im about 40lbs off my max.

We're talking every week since i've started my diet. So, its no fluke.

I've come to realize that its more the larger muscle groups vs. the smaller ones. Makes sence since larger muscle groups require more energy.

Its weird cause as i work up the weight, I dont feel like im weaker. But as soon as i get to like 75% of my max.... thats when it become obvious.

Maybe this is an age thing, maybe my body is more dependent on carbs, whatever. Its just a fact- i get weaker if i cut carbs. Im sure if i started eating like i used to, my bench would return to where it was.

^^^ well theres your problem. Your trying to max out every weak.

your not listening. I cant even come close to my max. Im maybe getting 1 rep with what used to be something i could move 6x.

Im very in tuned with my flat bench. i just made a 2 month log testing the validity of a 3 second pause.

Its down because of carb reduction.

ok, notice the board they put on this guy? it looks more like a ramp. Obviously he is not on a carb diet.
