ok, about 4 weeks ago i hit my max on my bench. I was off at the time, so I felt damn good about it.

About 2 weeks ago i started my diet

Started my cycle a week ago. 100mgs of prop, 100mgs of tren.

now i go to bench again and im 30lbs less on my bench- wtf???

:cry::cry::saywhat::saywhat::cry::cry::cry:

Whats MCT? Im currently taking in about 4-6 table spoons of olive oil in daily.

medium chain trigyliceride oil. probably not available in a grocery store. i get mine online with other supplements. nuk is right.....you cant max every week. not only do you plateau, but you go backwards gain wise. this is why lifters periodize.

thts what i was thinkin cause with that diet and prop and tren maybe its severely underdosed or even bunk.....

gear is not bunk. Have a lot of friends using the same stuff. Even at less amounts.

its not the gear.

Why are you doing the same lift so often?? If you are not progressing and actually regressing, move on to other exercises. Bench Press is a BS exercise IMO anyway. Whenever I stop progressing, I change everything. It keeps the mind fresh and doesn't keep pounding the same areas that are now weakened. Everyone I have seen benchpress in the gym is smaller and weaker than I am.... well maybe CH3NO2, but he rarely benches too.

some people have the ability to develop a wonderful chest with just flat bench and incline bench.

Im not saying that i have a wonderful chest, but it is pretty big and anyone benching 425+ should get some credit.

I could use a a little more upper mid, but im not overly concerned with it right now.

As far as doing the same thing i dont. I did to the same thing for 2 months (3 second pause) but that was to test a theory out.

Every time i hit chest we're doing something different. My partner is a power lifter, so it does have some drawbacks.

I recently discovered that dnp users need more carb intake. I know that this is the problem.

That's true. I have a little disdain for the flat bench as I was able to bench massive weight, yet my chest still lagged considerably. I now know that is a genetic thing. I still get up there on inclines, but not flat, for some reason I just can't barbel flat bench anymore. Its weird. I get the feeling you are one of those guys with a bigger frame and thicker stronger joints. I've got bird joints. I must've missed the part about you using DNP. I don't know who you have been helping you with that, but regardless of what additional drugs you take or what macronutrient you raise, you WILL weaken while using DNP. It is a physiologically certain fact. You should be using much lighter weight and not even worrying about your strength. DNP is an all or nothing drug. Take it and your body does nothing but burn and you will become weaker due to the almost complete destruction of the Krebs cycle. All of your strength (energy) is being converted to bodyheat.

Insulin use may help by bypassing the Krebs cycle and forcing the tissue to hold more intracellular glucose, but its not going to allow you to keep all of your strength.
