I am still building my routine , I havent had time with alot of bullshit that has been going on lately.

Crackfiend brother , who is the favorite , putting family in debt ... all together even with me being the one without he job ... I am owed 134 dollars.

But anyways , I was wondering what was your opinion on training my biceps by doing nothing but chinups.

Or chinup type movements where I try to isolize only the biceps. Rather than doing bicep curls , its a more compound movement..

Opinions please.

In my opinion it won't be enough to just do chin ups. You also need to consider what width you would do. I guess you could do several different widths and try to hit the different heads. I also know that moves like bent over rows hit bis pretty well. I myself would add at least two moves. My opinion only. I do static curls, 21s, and also like open arm curls (weights parallel to sides instead of infront.) I do several more such as concentration and hammer curls as well and rotate them about every month or so. My main purpose is to hit the heads from different angles and techniques so I don't let my arms get used to them. Good luck collecting your money.

Well , I would still be doing the other movements that may involve in bicep work. I get what your saying. Which I agree.

I will try to put together my routine and post it up for more thoughts and opinions.

I was thinking starting wide , then shoulder , then narrow grip. Same goes for pullups wide to narrow grip.

hope you have a chain belt to add weight. If you are going to do strictly bodyweight you will be ripped, but your are not going to put on any real size.

At this gym there is no belt.... I will probably buy one though or rig something where I can add weight , or maybe hold dumbell betwee my legs or feet or something.

But I will be able to have weighted ones eventually

You can work biceps with more than just chins, and I'm still talking about without doing direct bicep work. Chins are great, but you don't want to forget any of the rowing movements either. There are also lat pulldowns. All of these compound movements will help pack on size to your biceps.

Im going to be incorporating rows , and other movements also. I just havent had the time to put the routine together and tell all the movements.
