Does anyone have the "Sensible Training Program" and "The Significance of nutrition" sections from the World Anabolic Review 1996? I have the book and I let one of my friends borrow it and he returned it with these sections missing. If anyone has it couild you please send it to me. even if someone could just post the work out schedule and the daily diet schedule it would help me out a lot

i read it and remembered the nutrition part. basically its diet was like 700+ carbs, 250g protein at max and like 120g fats. a fattening diet. 80% of the carbs were complex and 20% were fruits. a meal would be like 4 slices toast, skim milk, cheese. breakfast was like 2 cups oats with milk, 4 whole eggs, orange juice, etc. i cant remember the rest but i followed that for like 2 weeks and put on a lot of fat/water but i did get bigger/stronger of course.
 
anyone have the workout schedule?
i know it is one day on one day off, but i don't know the exercises and what muscle groups were together.
