Marcin Tybura scored a second-round TKO over Greg Hardy in his most recent UFC appearance. | Zuffa LLC Top 15 heavyweights Walt Harris and Marcin Tybura will collide at the upcoming UFC Fight Night show on June 5, multiple people with knowledge of the booking told MMA Fighting.
The promotion has yet to announce the card and its headlining attraction, as well as its exact location and broadcasting details.
Tybura (21-6) was previously scheduled to face Blagoy Ivanov on March 27, but the former WSOF champion withdrew due to an undisclosed injury.
Tybura went through a rough patch between 2017 and 2019 with four defeats in five bouts, but has since won four in a row in the octagon, capped off by a second-round TKO over Greg Hardy.
Harris (13-9, 1 no contest) is looking to get back on track in his professional career since the tragic death of his stepdaughter Aniah Blanchard in 2019.
“The Big Ticket” lost twice to Alistair Overeem and Alexander Volkov in 2020, snapping his four-fight unbeaten streak between 2018 and 2019 against names like Aleksei Oleinik and Sergey Spivak.
