Presser is right on here brother. At our age, we gotta watch ourselves so we don't wind up injured. An injury could put us out longer than these young bucks. lol
 
Here's a helpful tidbit an ART chiropracor gave me when I started back up training: He said our muscles gain strength a lot faster than out tendons. So he suggested not increasing the weight as much as my muscles would let me - strength comes back pretty fast in the beginning - but spend an extra week or so at whatever weight to let my tendon strength try to catch up to my muscles, helping to prevent injury.

I have some mild tendonitis coming on in one of my elbows, and I'm wondering if I should be heeding my own advice here.......

It's funny: I'm 44 now and bigger than I ever was when I was 19. I won a couple bb contests as a 19 year old. But I'm nowhere near as strong now as I was then.

Good advice I'm mixing it up in my routine now with 2 to 3 warmup sets at lighter weight high reps then one working set with weight to fail at 5 reps then two forced and 2 to 3 negatives. After the warmup sets the muscle is really burnt so you can't use a weight nowhere near what you would normally use to fail at 5 reps. I chose this routine for the tendon and ligament issues. I only rest 45 seconds between as well. My left elbow is flat out killing me though since my bicep injury but I just mush on through the pain. I have noticed my grip isn't as strong with that hand either and doing deads it will fail before my back so I just ordered me some versa gripps to assist with it.

I weighed in today at 259.2 pounds so I've gained 12 pounds in 10 days and haven't smoothed over hardly any. I'm getting harder and more vascular every day it seems. Feeling really good and not staying sore but for about a day now. No sides as of yet besides a little night sweating. I've bumped the drol to 125mg per day and it's doing it's job strength is through the roof compared to a week ago. I feel incredible right now and my libido is off the charts.

Loving me some tren! I've noticed the heat has turned up quite a bit and pumps are flat out insane right now. Yesterday I thought my arms were going to bust out of the skin on me. I think the levels are getting up in my blood now and Im feeling the fury. Nights sweats aren't too bad but I'm waking up a couple times wet but I just roll over and knock back out. Acne has reared up a bit on the outside of the shoulders and up my traps. Still eating like a horse and want to sling the meat stick hourly. Weighed 264 even yesterday and steadily climbing with not much water retention at all. Got another week of the oxy at 125 ed then im going to back down to 50 for a week then come off of it. My liver tried to crawl out of my throat last night but I tossed it in a blender with some walnuts and drank it back down.

LOL it's hurting for sure bro no lie but the oxy has done it's job to this point I was figuring close to 20 pounds. I'm stoked about the pumps I've got the last few days though and the sides getting worse. It's time to add on some slabs.

I haven't really researched it enough yet so not using it now. I can really feel the tren coming on now and I dropped the drol yesterday after backing off to 50 for a week. Next up time to stack tren e with tren ace, test p, mast p and some var. I'm gonna give it a couple weeks though.
 
The wife says I need to get some sun lmao. Tomorrow is off day guess I'll pack up some meals and hit the river and grab some rays.
