BEAR BUTT i wana get simiilar ones tooI am going to slowly add a few weeks here and there to catch the log up to today. It all started on Sept. 8, 2014. I have a set of calipers that I get consistent results with. I cannot say they are entirely accurate, but since I get consistent results I can use them as a way to measure change I body fat. I use the Jackson-Pollock 3 location measurement method. The online calculator (along with pictures of measurement locations) can be found here: http://www.linear-software.com/online.html. By my reckoning, I was at 28% body fat.
All changes are completely natty. Well, I am on TRT, but it puts my test level into the high 500s, so I still consider that to be natty. No drugs at all, not even an ECA stack, were used. Correction to that, I used vitamins, Tylenol, allergy pills, etc., as needed...but that is not what I mean when I say drugs - I mean performance enhancing drugs.
My trainer always says that meeting your goals are 80% diet, 15% exercise, and 5% genetics / gear.

Some starting pictures. All pictures are taken cold and unflexed and first thing in the morning prior to eating or drinking anything.
At the time, I was 44 years old. Not too bad for a 44 year old normal everyday American. Most of my friends had 50 or more pounds on them and far more body fat. Good genetics was my only real savior - I did not work out at all.
Bro in this pic ur back looks v impressive. nice one bro. best of luck and keep up the good work. good changeThey do not fit me any more - WAY too big.
I just signed up for another year with my trainer / nutritionist. We are going to finish my current cut, do another bulk, then another cut, and then he will show me how to maintain that look for the rest of my life while still enjoying my life. In celebration of another year, he is putting me on Keto starting Sunday...
This is me from May, flexing of course. All my stats and other pics are done cold and unflexed.

I am feeling a bit discouraged today - my weight went UP a pound instead of down. I have no idea why, I have actually been working harder than I have been the last few weeks and have been eating properly. If anything, I may have missed a meal here or there... I have decided to blame it on the universe wanting me to give up, but instead I am going to flip the universe off and increase my effort.
Anyway, onto the stats (all are done cold and unflexed):
*Weight: 189
*Neck: 16
*Chest: 40.5
*Stomach: 35.5
*Waist Line: 35.25
*Biceps: L: 13 R: 13
*Thighs: L: 24 R: 24
*Calves: L: 15 R: 15
*Forearms: L: 12 R: 12
great log man.
A winner is not one who never falls. It's one who comes right back up every time he falls.
Good to see you are hitting it hard again. I wish I had a 34 inch waist
