YEAH I JUST REREAD THAT ARTICLE AND THE EXACT PART YOUR TALKING ABOUT AND THEY DONT GIVE A VERY GOOD OR EVEN ACCURATE REASON WHY ITS NOT GOOD POST WORKOUT. THERE IS A REASON, AND ITS SOMEHTING LIKE I SAID ABOVE, BUT AGAIN ITS PRETTY MINIMAL AND ENOUGH GUYS HAVE ACTUAL USER EXPERIENCE WITH IT NOW, THAT WE WOULD KNOW BY NOW IF IT WAS THAT BIG OF A DEAL TAKING IT WITHIN 2 HOURS OF TRAINING
