I just looked and noticed a big difference but I look in the mirror and feel the same
 
Pinned slammed some pump juice and killed chest the shoulders and triceps were burning like hell I had to cut it short .killer pumps!!!!
 
This pump juice is that a pre workout drink? Looking pretty swelled. Don't know if your 12 hr workdays have started but it's not showing keep up the work

Yes it is we knocked the job out they only lasted 2 days and a 10 hour day for 2 weeks lag.pretty good hustle from a group of 7 workers.
 
Its hot and I'm drained took my last scoop of PJ and hit back hard I added 10-20 pounds on each of my favorite back exercises I have been doing different angles and grips .more then usual and I will keep that style going after my cycle.
 
Today pinned switched back to another pre workout popped 50 mg anavar and hit dome legs and shoulders. Great pumps and pushed out a couple more reps then normal.feeling good.

Killed legs and calf's yesterday did my normal routine and they are sore as hell today.getting ready to destroy some arms gonna change angles and grips for the next couple weeks but as soon as I'm done I'm hitting the grill for my kids friends and her party.<br />

As for today's workout I tried something new with a dude I know.instead of starting low weight and going up we started at 78-80 percent of the weight we use and went for reps and less rest time until we were doing one rep then testing 3-5 minutes and changing exercises each exercise consisted of 6-7 sets. I have to say my arms felt dead as hell and on fire but we will see how they feel tomorrow.
 
Great trap workout today strength was a huge leap today added 60 pounds to my normal 225 shruggs I go for reps but felt froggy still hot 15-18 reps with a pause at the top.and 60 pound dumbbells for hammer shrugs those consist of a 3-6 second pause.funny shit though when a guy was hitting last he adds a long rod to the 225 and adds a 45 pound plate.the rod snapped at the top lucky he held his composure but his swol ass buddy screamed like a girl then told a skinny guy laughing "fuck u laughing at "
 
Got blood drawn will have results in 1-2 weeks I was hanging drywall and had a bad head ache and ate a protein bar and pj sandwich 4-5 hours before with a ton of water not sure how it will effect the test.<br />
Will chest day inlcine 6 sets from 135-195 last set 11 reps.flat bench 135-205 6 sets last set 15 reps and still have a head ache......feel like puking my face off it rained for 3 days then hit 75 today...

Great back workout today but the lower back pumps were getting bad.did some bent over rows just two plates and a 25 last set 14 reps close and added 10 more for wide grip sets.cable pull downs reverse grip 4 plates 12 reps last set wide grip same weight more reps then 2 45-2-25 plates for behind the head pulldowns wide grip.all reps had a 1-3 second palse .even my traps were pumped today.I'm wondering if its the dropping of the tbol and upping the anavar to 80 mg a day.
