Training for those over 45

I have added MC IGF-1r3 to my training and I have to say that it is a game changer. The pumps are unreal and I have notices that my right shoulder is doing much better. I am rehabbing it now and still seeing results. I have been in the game a long time and tore myself up, but now I am feeling much better overall.

I have some tendonitis and have been putting all the MC IGF into the area and it is starting to heal, finally!!

Well going to up my hrt level and add some old Daddy Deca to the mix. Tired of my joints hurting all the time. It is bulking time, right? LOL

Hit 54 the only thing i feel different from 44 is recovery time and those heavy lifts dont happen anymore, was predominantly a cross Power lifter and BB but the joints ache like crazy after heavy session so no reps under 10 anymore for me.Ice and heat are my best new friends.

Welcome to MuscleChemistry.com Mick. It happens to the best of us. Have you ever tried DMSO for your joint and muscle pain LR3 IGF-1 is also something I use that helps with recovery. Either way welcome

Welcome brother and I do agree with Iron. I use dmso and IGF-Lr3 and have seen improvements.

I have been using MC IGF-Lr3 for a couple of months now and the difference has been amazing. I know you read that a lot on here. But it is the real deal, awesome pumps, old injuries start to feel better and I just feel better all over. I have also changed my training schedule as I work out on Sunday, Mon, Wed and Thur. The days off have really made a difference. Keep rocking in the real world my Brotherhood of Iron!!

Ya know I had asked a while back about the proper usage of DMSO as I have the spray, I was using on bad elbows, with apologies to whoever already instructed me, but should I spray them twice a day, am & pm and maybe use a cotton ball and rub in in?? Would DMSO help with nerve regeneration?

I have never used the spray but DMSO is non toxic I use it as much as possible on injuries. At least morning, noon, and evening. Well truth be told as much as my wife can handle the garlic smell, lol. I use a cotton ball because mine is an open bottle. With a spray I would just spray and let dry.

Thanks Bro for the advice, I assume it takes a while to kick it, maybe few months?? When I used it for a few wks last time, I asked my then GF if I smelled like garlic and she said no, so maybe the garlic thing doesnt apply to everyone

I have the gel and I can put about a quarter size on my elbow and shoulders and feel it working in just a few minutes. It will itch's like a sum bitch, and then the garlic taste is on. I have never used the spray before.
