Picked up 4 medium from domino's on way home from work. Kids and wife sick. I did also have some red velvet Debbie cakes Valentine Hearts. Lol!!!
Filled the belly!!! My little boy at last of pizza had to hit the Debbie's.

Watching u is similar to me. I am in gym close to my work but I live in different town so I have my garage set up too.

Lol!!! What is funny is I go all day on way to work around work and make good food choices even eating on go. But after supper at night I crave those sweets. I gotta do something cause I will run mast e with sust and some avar.
What do yall eat at night after supper?
I do honey bunches of oats cereal and milk alot or red berry special k.
I will have to have good choices at Night available.

Eat them up. So I just thought since I'm here I would go ahead and tell ya that the BP is back down to my normal which isn't great 182/81 it does come down a little lower 170/75 is as low as I've seen it in 15 years. I feel so much better sure it's still a little high from being so freaked out over that bad day. Thank you to all of you that showed so much concern really means a lot my brothers.

U prolly should get on bp meds brother. They are fine if u need them better to be in range most of time even with a med.

I am on bp meds brother my Dr is amazed it doesn't get any worse or any better it's been about the same for 15 years other than that scare last week. And pretty sure the eq or the clomid were the culprits. Going to just cruise for a bit. Can't wait to get back in the gym in the morning

I usually eat dinner so late that it is my last feeding. But if not I try to eat something low fat, ( pretzels, low fat protein bar, fig newtons, etc. )
