Time to grow

Well fellas didn't make it to the gym this morning had a pretty intense late night Valentine's cardio session last night . Then I was so wound up I didn't sleep at all.

I get such a good shoulder workout on incline loaded press machine that I throw it in on shoulder day. And do it 3 days before on chest as well.
I have had good results doubling up. Shoulder, chest, tris, then back, biceps, and traps, then legs and abs balls to wall heavy 4 reps max 4-5 sets and failure after first couple sets to make 3-4 reps.
Then take one day off then do other 3 days same except high reps 10-12 and like 8 sets volume and pumping blood contracting muscle.
I have the workout if u want it. Good to change up now and then into this for about 4-5 weeks then go back to one group a day. The shit always worked for me and is a tough workout and gets me sore which is hard to accomplish.
Heavy part is like a 5×5 training methods used and volume part is like a 10×10
I judged it till I tried. Muscles get slammmed

I like mixing it up just like that. Tris and back or bis and chest.
Yeah bis get worked with back but they also to wore out to do much with them combined.

That's what I thought to brother but then I also think maybe it might be the perfect time to hit biceps. Wouldn't have to use as much weight to get the same results.

I see both sides of this. That said, I have always done biceps - if done with another body part - on "pull" day. It just never made sense to me to do "push" with "pull". The exception is when I've done "arms" as a wprkout day. In that case, I've supersetted push with pull and felt like I really got a good workout.

I'm sure this is just one of several mental hangups for me.... LOL

Had same issue. My workout was decent. Wasn't in Grove and focus wasn't there. Garage session at home and I am always distracted at home

I am right handed, left is stronger bigger looks better.
Have u tried having db handy and doing some extra work with only right
Not much just pump. Arms heal fast
I have grown m6 biggest arms working then 2 x week

I think u will be safe and that u have healed. Do know the extent of it but Dr's today are good.
I have had some injuries heal stronger than ever. Broken bones hernia in both groins and like my fist sticking out on side of sack. Both sides different times.
10" scars with mesh inside. One in belly button that left bottom of it like a butt and belly button winking lol! Pissed me off.
It's the dam joints and tendons that are killing me and stopping me from where I used to be. They don't wanna completely heal and get inflammation alot.
Igf is going be used long term and gh will have to be replaced saying the least. 3iu to 4 a day indefinitely. Prolly more like 3 with cost but of quality with igf that healing would happen without a doubt over time. Not enough to cause sides but enough to be as efficient as in my 20's and able to push with constant healing.
That is my thoughts!!!

When I was bringing my shoulder back, I did all dumbbell exercises and kept the weight equal left to right. Left shoulder was the damaged one. My right was not challenged at first, but I didn't want my right side to outgrow my left. It took a couple of years for the left to come up enough that they almost looked equal.

The motorcycle crash happened in 2010. Now, I can still see the difference between them; but nobody else can.

As far as being safe goes, I figured if it doesn't hurt, then I'm not hurting myself. I checked this logic with the orthopedic surgeon who treated me after my accident (I didn't get surgery on my shoulder - my option for insurance coverage and therefore $$ reasons - but should have). He agreed with me, that as long as I was paying attention and not inflicting pain, all was good.
 
Wrap those knees I even wrap mine at work brother and when I sleep or they kill me all night
I hate that. When my legs or knees hurt it's always worse at night especially laying down for some reason. Sometimes getting a couple nights better sleep on good recliner on back helps to rest at least. If it's provides relief.
