Going hit tris and bis right now. My right shoulder same, hurting. Had to move a mattress and that pulled it again.
Awkward stabilization, pulling on arm, doing curls is bad but not much on dual grip but single on that side
Still can't flex that bicep hurts in shoulder when I try. It sucks been restricted 6 weeks and working out doesn't bother it near like my job does!

Leather, u have made alot of progress and fast! Keep it up!
Be careful for injury. I am 40 and from years of workout my joints and tendons have taken beating!
When I get healed up I will stay with lighter 8 rep range. The 4 rep heavy is too hard on my joints and tendons.
I will start volume and working for pumps and fatigue muscle by loading it exhausted!

It's alway awkward movements that get us injured.

Have tennis elbow on left arm. It's not real bad had it worse hope it doesn't get worse.
And having shoulder problems.
Feels like coming from neck but then it feels like it got to be shoulder because of stabilizing how it hurts to do so.
Yk-11 caused this injury last year and it healed but now it's been back!!!
Never will I take yk11 again!!!

What's up with YK11? I have somebody who wants to try it, but if it will screw you up, I'll advise against it.
Well testosterone the dht side of it is what gives us hurting tension after we used testosterone for decades.

Yk11 is actually a steroid molecule it was marketed as a sarm with oral active and to work by increasing follistatin which lower myostatin.
This is the part that will make tendons weak. It has much stronger affect than dht.
The problem with this is that it will make the tendons brittle. I read all about it said yeah yeah yeah it was there in access so I did it.
The shoulder tendons or whatever is going on right now were from it. I couldn't bench for 12 weeks.
This is what made me bulk careless with deca and test together desperately create some water space. This helped healed it but getting dry right now pain is back!

Shoulders, traps and arms huge!!! I know u lost some fat holding weight cause muscles grew!!! I am holding at same weight too but I am staying flat!

Lol!!! Shoulder been wacked, didn't see Dr, was ready to go do Graston technique at physical therapy. When extending arm with shoulder in certain positions It gets intense pain shock like when I move it back, POP!!! it done it other night and it's almost 100% right after! Wtf!! Deposit broke off or what!!! Lol

I have a LONG way to go. My rear delts, the outside head of my tris, my legs, and shed this fat around the middle. Then I'll be great! LOL

How is the weight?
I stopped deca shoulder healed.
Keeping mast, test c with prop (sust alternative),tren a adding in a week.
I got weight around 188.
I should rip at 183! Let's see what happens

I'm sitting at 222 right now. Started cardio this week, hoping to be under 200lbs within a month.
