Hi I'm 49 iim looking to take Sustanon 250 got the first
I go to the gym 5 days week manly weights ,I'm 6ft 106kg looking for some advice how much to use and How often plz ,

1 ml that would put you at 750 per week but with the fast esters it will be in and out of your system very quickly. The longer ester will need time to build up.

If this is your first cycle I would stick with 1/2 a cc eod. That would be 375 mg of test a week. Perfect for a first cycle. Go for 14 meeks minimum.

As far as injecting. Learn to rotate injections. Glutes, shoulders, and quads.
I have way too much scar tissue from not rotating properly.

1/2 a cc this twice a week for a 14 week cycle

One of the 4 testosterone esters that sustanon includes is testosterone propionatef. It is a short acting ester. So the testosterone will be in and out of your system quicker than the other 3
testosterone esters. Keeping your testosterone levels at a stable high should be your goal.
