    As Presser stated you have a good solid base. Is this going to be your first cycle? If yes, I would stick to only test. You'll be surprised what 200-250mg/wk can do. Just my 2 cents.

    No have done 3 but it was over 15 years ago. Shoulder surgery and stopped going to the gym.

    20lbs is doable from this cycle alone, if your stuff is legit. If it has really been 15 years since your last cycle, you will grow like a weed!!

    You have a great foundation as Presser said. Diet, rep scheme, rest and sleep, no cortisol stress, etc will all figure in to the muscular gains. I have been cycling longer than I want to even admit and I just ran a similar cycle to yours 10 Weeks and gained 21lbs with a starting BF percentage of about 5 percent and literally last week I weighed in at 228.2 with 7.4 percent BF which was hydrostatic legit BF Test not broscience or calipers
    It can be done
