Keep Killing it brother. I will be 56 this August and if I had known that I would live to be this age, I would have taken better care of this old body. LOL But overall I cannot complain to much. Still in the gym a few days a week, eating and trying to be the best version of myself. You keep the grind alive brother.

You're right about taking care of ourselves before it's too late. God has blessed me and kept me safe and healthy. Helped me make wise choices for sure.

Well my winter bulk went awesome and I got up to 254lbs and was about to start my Summer cut BUT I've actually gained a few more lbs.LOL. It's not my fault damn it! So much good food and I'm Italian so....WE LOVE TO EAT!! Bwahahaha.
