FATIGUE WHILE DIETING
i'm currently on a ckd and am doing 40 min cardio on non weight training days and 20 min cardio post weights. the last week i can't make it to 40 min. i start to get light headed and weak. when i do the 40 min of cardio it's usually 3 hrs after a meal.i take bcaa's,glutamine, and l-carnitine immediately before.and i'm currently on prop/winny/ t-3 75mcg/ clen 180 mcg. i've dropped my calories slightly. protein 330-375 grms, carbs 35grms post weights only, fats 40-50 grms of healthy fats. roughly 1800 calories. any thoughts or ideas?

u get light headed b/c your blood sugar is getting really low. probably sweating like crazy and look nice and pale when you get off the treadmill too? i used to get the same way last spring when i was doing cardio on CKD. i started brining an apple with me (i've heard fruit isnt the best thing on CKD since it replenishes liver glycogen) to eat after the treadmill so i could make it home with no problems. i didn't seem to have any problem staying in keto, but it gave me just the boost i needed to get over the light headedness feeling.
