Newbie needs recommendation

Need everyone's advice. I've been lifting for roughly 4 years now. I'm 5'9", 168 lbs. So far I'm naturally aspirated, I've never gone FI (forced induction). I've pretty much hit my plateau, so I need some help. So what kind does everyone suggest a newbie like myself use? What would give me the best gains? Thanks in advance for the help.
 
now now hunter we know you like test...but I am not going to recomend a 18 or 19 yr old to hit test at that age you know...but you have the right idea!
 
ok first off you are old enough bro...but if you need to ask what test is do a lil more research and read this board a lot! I will tell you if you want a killer starter cycle run test prop. at 100 mg eod weeks 1-4, test enanthate 500 mg/week for weeks 1-10, deca or eq @ 400 mg/week for weeks 1-10, and the do test prop again weeks 10-13 100 mg eod, 4 days after your last test prop shot start you clomid therapy (that is another thread all in its own) and run liquidex @ .5mg ed and have some nolvadex on hand just in case...good luck and read read read you will learn really quickly!

Yeah, I'm new at it. Just need a little more time to get edumacated.
Stack right out of the gates? Shouldn't I wait for my next cycle?

I meant stack so soon, as in I've never done it before, so why stack now? You said test prop for weeks 1 - 4 and test enanthate for weeks 1 - 10. That's stacking, right?
 
yeah that is stacking...the only reason I say use prop is b/c it jump starts your gains and stuff a lot of people use dbol but I am a nonbeliever in dbol....that is why i say test prop.....good luck feel free to ask me any questions

do not use sustanon unless you plan on doing it everyday or every other day, ur blood levels will get all fucked up if you do it like most people once a week,thus creating propblems for urself,

I would do test enanthate 400mg a week for 10 weeks and stack it with equipoise at 150mg every other day, safest route, easiest route and will be very very impressive by way of gains beings its ur first cycle

Also it is a must that you consume 1.5-2mg of protien per pound of you body weight, so i would say consume atleast 300grams of protien per day, ur gonna get a load of conflicting opinions, but i wouldnt steer anyone wrong, and i believe this to be your best bet bro
 
also dbol sux in my opinion, you want quality gains not a bunch of water gains, if you do opt to use dbol, i would say use it for the 1st 4 weeks at the most to jump start you cycle, however i say dbol is a worthless drug period
 
I agree with presser, I wouldn't take dbol if I was you. False gains suck. Stick to the basics, like they've mentioned above and you'll be all good. But read up and feel free to ask more questions bro.

But I say for a newbie, why not d-bol? You're absolutely right about false gains, but still - it's a first cycle and they're still some muscle benifit. I don't know...

I like Mid's test cycle mentioned above. Test is a must either way and I think that someting most will agree with.

agree totally with presser and midwt and chem. Only thing prop is kinda like jumping in with both feet eod shots with prop can be annoying and painful(depending on brand) for a first timer may discourage you even. Everything else said is golden.
