Sever Fatigue
Help, I compete in mma and am suffering from sever fatigue. I lift weights but whenever I do my aerobic workout, I am exhausted. I eat high amounts of protein, glutamine etc... but doesn't work and am always left feeling tired. I don't know if I should get blood work done of if my hormones/thyroid is out of whack or what to make of it. I try to get proper sleep but some times have trouble falling asleep and don’t consume caffeine and not on any gear. Has anyone else experienced this? I would greatly appreciate any feedback on what people have done to overcome this problem.

I don"t say these things because I believe in the "brute" nature of man. I believe in God and I believe in human decency. But I believe that any man's finest hour is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle---victorious."

good point thug, very common problem for alot of folks, and bro you must go get blood work done, i mean it could be anything from hormones, to a simple miquito bite that carried something, seriously no time to wait bro, if it is a problem, rectify it now and see a doctor, thats the best advice you will get here bro
