Here is a link to an article I wrote on that explains the different fat loss compounds.

good info there, crank ... and yes you should be changing your diet ... if the goal is BF loss, then your diet should reflect that ... if you have already changed up your diet for BF loss, then you should be okay ... also, make sure that your protein is high enough on any cutting cycle, especially with T3 ... good luck!

i also like to make sure i'm on some form of test when taking T3 because it doesn't differentiate between fat & muscle.

I was hoping someone would include that comment

can only respond to the effects of clen (Spiropent 80-120mcg/day). initially caused jitteryness and caused hands to tremble. after about two weeks of these effects, sides dissipated and saw fat loss as well as a hardening look to physique.

Ran Clen and ECA for 4 weeks while training for the london marathon to shift some extra BF. Obviously the diet and cardio was a major factor but the BF literally drained off me. Have never tried it at the end of a aas cycle but will be next time. Will use with
    T3/Primo & Winny.
Sides ? had a few muscle cramps from Clen and the usual tremors but thats it.

I meant to add, Try and get some HMB or KETO added to your cycle. It'll help stop too much muscle wastage as far as im told.
If you arent based in the U.S you may find it hard to get Keto.
HMB is the UK answer to it.
