I'm just finishing my 7th week on P-Gh and so far I have yet to see any positive results whatsover.
Yes, I get the shortness of breath and the tingly sensation in my fingers (I also get it in my face sometimes), but that's pretty much been my entire response to it.
I'm an old fart and respond really well and really quickly to even low doses of gh, so I know exactly what I was looking for in a product that supposedly increased endogenous gh. I'm really disapponted to admit that I haven't found what I was looking for here.

I am interested in this myself. Even if it comes up short on the GH, the reports of much much better sleep with long term use sounds like just the ticket for me.
Combined with igf and you should have a more complete package.
