do you add egg whites to your shake?

I'll throw in two omega 3's to my morning shake if I'm in a big rush.


It's not an everyday thing by a long shot..........

Yeah definitely egg whites and some carbs are the way to go to a high protein healthy, convenient meal but beware of the natural gas leaks...they can be horrid.

from what i was told if you drink it right away their is no need to worry?! i use 4 per shake. anyone else have some input on this?

I'm not a raw egg kinda guy myself.

You got a carb shake (protein and juice and maybe a banana)
You got a fat shake (protein with olive oil)

I'm happy with those. I save my eggs for omlets and hardboiled.
 
i am talking about the egg whites in the carton, 100% egg whites, fully pasteurized. hopefully no worry of salminella...if so, please let me know.
 
i usually snort my eggs..i hear england inserts them rectially LOL j/k (about me snortin them) i add some for cals and some fat and protein..i have never had problems

That stuff is fairly expensive, right? Couln't you just buy some egg white protein protein powder?
 
EggWhite pancakes

Just take 10-12 egg whites, 1cup of oatmeal and throw it in a blender and toss it on the pan with some fat free pam and you have Pancakes and grab some sugar free syrup...easy and quick to make and taste good because I cant stand eggwhites alone.... I eat 189 eggwhites a week and it can get real shitty if I dont mix it up.

Yeah those are safe to drink. No worries about salmonella since they're pasteurized. Just bad gas!!
