Hey guys,

I dunno about you guys, but I get home from work, and the train and i am so tired. When I do get hoem i pop a fat burner pill to give me a lil energy. It feels great, but how much am i windering my gains. Also what else could i take to give me a boost?

I agree. I don't get to the gym until 6:30 pm and by that time, I'm beat from working all day. Poppin' a caffeine pill or two works wonders.

good point...i feel like a million bucks after popping one..hit the gym...feels great..i just hope by taking them, i don;t burn the shit out of my receptors as well...

Why work long hours? Get a new job and enjoy your life. Don't you want to spend time with the family or wife?

I don't know about you bro' But I don't think anyone ever went to the grave sayin "I Wish I Spent More Time In The Office"

I'm hearing that you're tired, stressed out and obviously have no time for yourself to enjoy life and relax. What's the point?

Enjoying my work and my life is the most important priority for me, if I can't get those, I'll move onto something else.

But that's just me......

I hear that..but the money is green..i am only 25 as well..

i said that same thing 9 years ago! still at the same job. its not bad but it is not were i would like to be!!

Definitely the caffeine helps, but don't use if for long, might wanna switch up with other things like energy drink, a nice pre-work out meals helps too,IMO....

If i feel like shit or tired I just force myself to the gym....after the 3-6 sets I usually feel good and want to finish.

Results! When you see yourself getting bigger and stronger, or more cut depending on your goals, that's enough motivation to get to the gym even if you're tired. When people start noticing and complimenting you on how you look and the girls you date get progressively better looking LOL and you feel more confident about yourself, you're not going to let being tired stop you from working out! Plus like Cordoba said, once you get there and pump out a few sets, you'll feel great and want to finish.

thats true too, but when u have worked a 10 hour day, then u get to the gym and can't bench the usual 140's, it can get prett depressing..

why don't you try to do a quick lift before work and then another one after work. it's worked for me.

i wish, but i catch a 7:00 am train....its worked well for me though going at 7pm at night, just long day and stress take a toll...

I hear ya man. I don't get to the gym either until a little before 7pm. My only other suggestion would be to find a gym closer to where you work, workout right after work, then take the train home...
