Are u taking about the iranian test E ? made by aburaihan ? If yes then its very effective , all top amatuers in the middle east use it since its dirt cheap (each ampule is less than a dollar the 250mg version) and gives good results . There are three different ampules all are real there the brown ampule with black writing , the clear ampule with red writing or the clear ampule with black writing (latest). Hope this helps.

anybody encountered fakes of this as of yet cause i've seen it on a list and thought it was "too cheap to be true" and discredited it just because of that?

yeah strider, I thought the same thing when I saw IRAN. thought maybe it would be laced with anthrax... just kidding. But since I've seen a lot of good products come out of the middle east (Particularly Pakistan and India) thought it might be worthy product. Low price just had me thinking about the old saying, "If things sound to good to be true, then they probably are." I guess not in this case though.
