When is the best time to take Clen?

Hey bros, just got some clen and am gonna use it for my pct along side clomid and tribulus.. My question is when is the best effective time to take it? and can i take it with meal or on empty stomach...? and any other opinion and suggests are welcomed..thanks bros...
 
I took it both on an empty stomach and with food, I usually took it as far from my sleep and my workout as possible, since it affects both
 
hey wheelz, i can understand the sleep part, but why close to workout? i thought you were suppose to use to burn fat and working out could accelerate the fat burning mechanism, help out bro??
 
no offense intended but you do know you should split the dosage up throughout the day right (not to be taken once a day)? Also, IMO, depends if clen has ketofen.
 
Yes thanks Jacked 1, i was gonna split one tablet, but when is the best times to take it? like with meals or empty stomach, b4 workouts, or after thanks guys, I would really appreciate b4 i start it in the next two days after cycle...
 
I usually split it into two or three dosages and took them all before 4pm. I read that along time ago so thats how I did it. But clen has a 36 hour half life so I dont see a problem with taking it all first thing in the morning.

I take it with food and before workouts. Split into 3 doses/day. My results were mixed. I did stack it with some T3, good fat loss but when I reached my highest doeses experienced headaches and some pretty bad heart palpataions (yikes!).
 
take it all at once first thing in the morning and go about your day, not untill you get up to 100-120 mcgs a day should you start splitting it up!!!

Ive learned that the closer you take before a workout will actually hinder your workout, thus, not providing proper muscle growth. I dont think its the clen but how you workout while on it!!! Just do what i stated above, and you will be happy taking it that way!!!
 
hey wheelz thanks again, i forgot to read the first part where it said that i should take all at once, but will do that starting tomorrow, but the way i took one tablet and splitted it up, and i got little jitters and slight tremble of the fingers...but will shot for one whole tab tomorrow morning and see how it cost.. thanks again
