Started IGF-1 R3 Today

First time trying out IGF-1 R3 and will be taking it alone along with good nutrition and training. I took 20mcg at 1:30 today and felt fine and worked out and had my 4th meal and still didn’t feel anything had a good pump in the gym but I am not going to credit the IGF yet. About 2 hours later I started to feel very hungry extremely and a bit shaky and when I got home I tossed on 8oz of 99% fat free chicken breast and Lol next thing I know I end up making Toast and throwing on some sugar free jam and my hunger was going crazy I even put the jelly on my chicken breast and it tasted good.......... Lol then I saw a bag of chips in front of me and finished them off..... What is odd is I don’t eat any junk and my diet has been very clean at 6 meals a day and a severing of starch with 5 of the meals and of course veges....I am at 225 my BF is 16%, 6"1 and I am working with nutritionist Keith Cline..... short info with keith he is very well known and has worked with Milo’s, Craig Titus, Lee Labrada and John Sherman and many other IFBB pro athletes, just giving a bit info to show that nutrition is in right tune..... And he is monitoring everything for me and Ill will be posting results every week and at the 3rd week I will give my actual BF and show how much lean muscle I have put on. So far in 9 weeks not on any gear or drug I have put on 5lbs of lean muscle tissue and dropped from 24% bf to 16% and hopefully ill see an even bigger gain of lean muscle. Also what I have modified on my diet is added 1oz of meat added so I am at 8oz of 99% fat free chicken/turkey 5 times a day and instead of 10 egg whites I bumped it to 12 and instead 5 meals with carbs all 6 meals will have my starch serving. Carb source will come from only oatmeal/yams/brown rice/ red potatoes. My cheat meal is 8oz of lean red meat.

Awesome info and great news about the hunger except it sounds almost too extreme and hypoglycemic esp. if you felt shaky while using only 20mcg. Did you use slin or glucophage with it or at some point during the day?

I suppose everyone encounters different sides but even when I took megadoses of 140mcg a day (70am/pm) I only felt very, very tired, lethargic and hungry but not hypoglycemic.

Keep us posted esp if these sides keep up. It could be that the IGF is mixed with insulin which would make it stronger while allowing the seller to use less IGF. It's kinda like cutting it but dangerous if the user doesn't know.
 
I have only used up to 40mcg of IGF-1 per day but I have never felt hypo from it, and I naturally have very low blood sugar.
 
Day 4 today

Took 4th injection today, hunger has gone up and I have been feeling extremely tired (not to the point of passing out just) and sore which is unusual because when I got to the gym I always hit as hard and as heavy till failure with every set and haven’t got tired or sore unless I have taken off for a long period of time.... Areas I haven’t even worked out are getting sore such as my back and shoulders, yesterday I accidentally hit up 60mcg instead of 40mcg but corrected this problem and it won’t happen again... I have been taking pircetam (2400mg) and mixing with caffeine(very sensitive) but after the gym my energy no matter the amount I take I am still very tired and end up getting home eating and passing out for 2-3hrs until next meal.... Today when I woke up I was very sweaty but other then that my bed times have been very deep and peaceful but I wake up around 4:00-4:30 on the dot very hungry and I just get up hit 12 egg whites and 1cup of oatmeal and vitamins then go back to sleep... I am noticing a very increased pump in the gym it just seems the tiredness seems to be the hardest part because of the amount of work I have to do through out the day and as of now I have two weeks off so I am going to take advantage of the rest periods..... I must admit I like the effects so far, well I just had another meal and I am going to sleep, tomorrow is day five.
 
5th day

Had IGF-1 dose at 12:30 and ended up hitting the gym around 3:00 today, went hard and heavy on legs and felt great.... Around 7:00-7:30 I started to feel really hot, sweaty and tired very tired.... I was busy with work at the time so I had to push through but it sucked, I felt so tired and hot and after an hour I felt fine I just took two Advils and drank a lot of wate and felt fine.... As of now I was cleaning my room up and the air is on but I started to heat up again getting hot and sweaty is this normal on igf??? I guess metabolism is prob up and burning like crazy but I hope its not like this everyday it seems the more and more I get into this cycle it seems to be showing more progress with the side effects that have been reproted in the past..... and I have a constant pump feeling in my chest as I did on monday and my arms seem to have a bit of a constant pump.... Dose is still at 40mcg 1x a day.... :D Starting to feel a bit nervous but I think its all in my head just thinking to much about what could be going inside me, just a bit of anxiety...
 
no clue n them bro, personaly i think premixed with BA is just fine and has always worked well for me

You're stuff is definitely mixed with a bit of insulin. Most likely Humulin-R.

The heat, sweating, hunger, etc. are all felt when taking Humulin-R if not enough carbs are in the body...hence you go into a hypoglycemic state. If you're in a deep sleep, however, you can actually go into a coma so I would be sure to take in enough carbs and maybe find a new source for IGF-1R3.

Just my opinion but I felt the same way numersous times when I was using insulin post workout. I'd get sweaty, dizzy, hungry and have to drink soda and/or pure sugar to get me out of the hypo. state. It's def. a scarey thing to go through.
 
IGF updates

Comeing up to my last week on IGf-1 R3 and so far it seems to be great... As far as insulin in my IGF there is none. I just took my dose about 5 mins ago after my 3rd meal... On the scale my weight is staying at 230 and whats funny is I havent been great on my diet and Ive deloped taste for just about anything in front of my face.... I eat my last meal at 10:00 then all a sudden 1-2hrs later I get up mad hungry and go downstairs and grub on turkey dogs....... chips........ and what ever else in in front of me then I go right back to seelp.......BOdy fat look as if its gone down and my cardio hasnt been up to 5 days as I keep it, more like 2-3 days a week....Its the tiredness that gets to me from the IGF, not hypo! Just deep rest and hunger is insane ........ Weight just stays at 230 no matter how much food intake I take in but im getting thicker, weight is going up at the gym by a good amount........ Which means that since my caoloires are double that would explain why but what im happy about is I am not adding on any body fat and seeing the lean mass pack on in my back, arms, and most def on the legs....... I know ive got good gains in these past 2 weeks and next week im going to get body fat checked and my weight etc and calculate how much my lean body mass has gone up.......But I belive it is more then 5lbs......Every 3 weeks I gain between 2-3lbs of lean mass(with out IGF or drugs) but this time I can feel that ive gained a lot more....... I like IGF but I do not belive ill be doing it again anytime soon because the rest a mounts of sleep that my body is requireing on the IGF seems to take way to much out of me during the week....... When I get some time off 3-4 weeks then ill think about it. What I find great about IGF is the growth that occurs, you can see your self become thicker, fuller and heavier and watch the weight and BF on the scale not go up.............. I am amazed by this becasue as said in those late night meals thatat least a 1000 cals or more in a meal and its been like this for the past week.............Ill keep you guys posted. All I know is im ready to end this cycle and get my energy levels to increase more.... I went back down to 20mcg now instead of 40mcg im finding that with 20mcg it is working great, I kept it at 40mcg over a week but the 20mcg seems to work just as good.
 
Need help

Ok I wanted to know if anyone thinks its ok to take IGF before bed time because I cant stand takeing in the morn or afternoon because I cant get work done because i get so freakin tired and its to overwhelming for me to get important work done through out the day. I am thinking about taking it before bed but not sure if this is a safe option?
 
I take it post workout, so about a 1-2 hours before bed and I have never had any problems. BUT...I still get very tired in the late morning and afternoon.
 
Ok guys the news

Well on 3rd week of IGF and its makeing me so tired that i belive im gonna start takeing it 2 hrs before bed.... I was taking it in the mornings but no thank you no more of that..... Last time I had my body fat checked I was 17% well on igf my hunger has shot up so id find my self chowing down on everything....... candy, burgers, frys and pizza........ Id have a meal like that every day and my cardio went down for a bit because of how tired I am on IGF..... i am tired right now as we speak and i havent takeng the igf this morning ill take it tonite................. but my body fat went down to 15% and my total lean mass has gone up by 5lbs........ 5lbs of lean mass added in little over 2 weeks and dropped 2% body fat and Im happy about gains but I cant stand this tiredness.....its annoying just feel this hazy kind of feel over my eyes.... Im good in the morning then I go hit the gym and bust my ass and thats it im drained.......... I am going to start taking in a bunch of b12 in the morning and caffine if I have to because only 20mcg and the tiredness is noooo fun. I was freaked out because when id get on scale body weight had gone up but no fat added to my body and when I went into to get checked I was nervous but it turned out for the good.......... All I know is im ready to get off the IGF, good stuff but takes to much energy.
 
The reason you're so hungry is b/c your body's metabolism is faster (that's the obvious part) and your cells can replicate faster too. Along with proper training and eating to fuel those cells you'll become bigger and leaner so try to eat cleaner and get more wholesome foods to build those muscles up and help them split and regenerate. Take advantage of it and don't eat that junk even if it's next to impossible for your body to store it as fat.

Keep your eyes on the prize and realize the lethargy is only temporary and enduring it (with the help of some ECA!!) will help you achieve your goal of becoming bigger while losing some BF.

Growth on neck????

I had to stop IGF because I am noticeing that the lump I have in the side of my neck since I was a baby which use to be very tiny and very small has grown to a nickel size since ive started the igf-1 and it seems to be harder and thicker....still small but it has grown... From what I was told when I was a child I was born with this and I had two diffrent hospitals check me when I was a baby and somthing to do when I was sick it appeared from my anti-bodies? Well I thought it would be wize to stop and get it checked, it may just be a growth and nothing else but then again i dont feel like toying with it untill I get some more experts to look at it. Its on my right side back area of my neck on the muscle...its thicker and grew a bit? Any ideas from anyone what this might be? It is not sticking out or noticeable but it is when it is touched.
