Deca & Winstrol Stack

Wanting to try and run Deca/Winny together for a cycle:

My goals are to get my six pack back since I lost it after taking 8 months off from the gym, being lazy and eating like crap. I also want to pack on some lean quality muscle (Not looking for bulk, just some quality, defined/hard muscle) I'm back to pretty good shape now and ready to really lean & harden up like I was a year ago.

For the people who HAVE run these two together, did you get the results you were looking for? Would you add anything else?

I know a lot of you will say "Add Test" but I'm not worried about that since I've run Deca alone before and have had no problems "getting it up".

I don't want to run the test because I want to have low/no bloat and very little water retention.

I'll probably be running ECA & Clen while I'm on this too switching them up each week.

Thoughts?

my buddy ran deca and winny together and had pretty good results you dont wanna run test cause of bloat then why run the deca? just wondering my buddy put on about 15 pounds or so and leaned out a little as it was deca though he had a little puffiness.
 
i would say run prop and winny personally but if your set on running the deca then good luck and let us know how it goes.
 
deca will bloat the shit out of you, run some adex or nolva and def run test so your wang still works..i would goi with gbart...test and winni, some clen and a clean diet and there you go
 
Isn't Deca supposed to give LESS bloat than Test?

Just reading the profiles on 'ology, it says Deca converts to estrogen at approx 20% the rate compared to test and isn't the estro what gives you the bloat? :confused:
 
deca is known for its water retention, hence the reason everyone says its good for the joints etc..lubes the areas up..
 
yep deca will bloat damn near no matter what lol estro give you bloat but if you take femera then the estrogen does not aromatize much if at all hence no bloat water also followss sodium so watch your diet. This is why most people that run test as a cutter use prop because of the ester it doesnt aromatise as much so less estrogen and water so i would say your best bet is get your diet right and run 150 eod of prop and winny personally i dont think you can go wrong with that as a cutter. anybody else???
 
Well Fuk me... I guess I'll set the Deca aside for a bulker. Good thing I asked eh?

How's about this instead. Simple.

Test Enth - 750mg / Week
Winstrol - 50mg / EOD or do is winny better ED?

i would do it everyday how long are you going to run it for? 6 weeks or so? and how long for the test that looks fine with me as long as your diet is good test has its own fat burning properties and will keep you out of catabolic state and help you gain some muscle while your losing fat.

The winny, probably 6-8 weeks...

The test I might let go for 12- 16. We'll see what happens & how my body looks. I just go by the mirror and see what I want to do. Maybe I'll add somethn' else after I finish the Winny, possibly the Deca ;)
 
lol hell yea man i think what you got goin now looks great though keep that diet kick ass and should see the fat fall off watch the sodium too though :> i bloat like a bitch on anything if i dont watch it some people are different good luck man and keep us updated do a log im starting one in the forum tomorrow.

I don't know about a log but I'll let you know what I think of the products I'm using and if they did the job I'm hoping they will.

Will be my first time running Winny.

Past cycles have just been with either Test Enth/Prop or Deca. Low dose, simple. I'm lookn' forward to upping the Test dose per week this time around and adding in the Winny.

My diet will be very clean for me and low/no sugars. Lots of veggies for good fibre/vitamins, plain oatmeal, eggs, yams & tons of lean chicken, fish & protein powder as the base & staples of the diet. Obviously I'll eat other things but those are my general staple foods I build around. I don't count calories anymore. I just eat more or less and play around with the macro's depending on my goals and what hte mirror says.

When cutting I drop milk/any kind of sugar like a rock and I notice the diff.

If you want quality with no bloat then I would go with EQ over Deca. I would run some fast acting EQ along with some tren ace and winny for about 10-12 weeks. With proper diet you will love the results.
 
hey! kick ass to see much bigger around!!

He's right man, dump the deca- My next cycle is going to hopefully use up the remainder of my deca- Im switching to eq for now on.
 
I'll make sure I try some Tren next time :) After having some ppl mention it and reading up more on it, the Tren looks like a good combo to stack with Winny.

I'll see how the Test/Winny goes this time so I can see what kind of results I get off the Winny itself.

I think you'll like the test winny. Or next time go test tren.... Winny has a problem with drying up the joints... So its not so much fun.

Next time, if you look around, you'll be able to find a long version of tren... so combind with test E.... You could get away with 1-2 injections per week.- vs, ed/eod inj with the winny.
