so run 3 cc's twice a week bro one in each glute thats what i would do.

wait a second let's back up here how many mg's per ml? is it a 50mg preloaded shot? if you want 250mg per week you'll need to take 5 shots, do the math... the only other thing I could think of would be to pull the back off another pin and inject a few of your preloaded shots into the back of it, being careful to keep everything sterile and then replace the plunger.

3ml's yeah in say your delt or anywhere else i shoot 3 cc's quite frequently in my glutes without any soreness whatso ever

depending on your delt size i would only put about 2mls of oil in there but bump on the 3mls for glutes thats fine

I don't go more than 1.5cc's in my delts because I've put pressure on a nerve in the past by shooting 2cc's and I had an area of my delt that was prety much numb for about 5 weeks.

Stick to the bigger shots in your glutes and you'll be fine.

3cc in a delt is quite a bit especially if it's thick test (any of it)
