Should I Start Adding Jelly?

there are no benifits if jelly except bad calories and sugar

i would say if you like it without it then keep doing it

I’m assuming your not buying Jif and other shit like that? Get yourself some unsalted, all natural peanut butter. The only ingredients should be: peanuts. Nothing else.

Jelly is useless

throw some bananas on it if you need a change and try a LITTLE all natural honey once in awhile

Like Sandiego said - make sure you buy the natural - you will know cus it
has a floater of oil on top when you buy it. Stir it in - thats the good stuff.
Almond butter is good also - suposed to be better for the joints then peanut.
Also only the natural (look for the oil) not Jiffy or any of that crap. I go back
and forth between peanut and almond.

Almond eh? Never tried that but I can tell you that's the next thing I'll be buying. Where do you get it bro? Trader Joe's types of stores? I've never seen at regular grocery stores. Almond milk is great to ad to protein shakes and it taste really good. Damn healthy too!

Yeah, trader Joe's is where I usually get it - Pretty cheap there also.
The Albertsons I go to now has it in the small healthy food area - probably
double the $$ of Trader Joes. It is suppossed to be better for the joint's -
Less Accidity.

Almond butter is awesome but it is pricey... I like the natural stuff and i keep it in the fridge and it slows it from seperating as much so you're not getting a forearm pump trying to mix the oil back in everyday.
