    Question work out question....

    how many times should you work out a muscle a week and is it ok to work on some twice a week if thats my weak areas. This is my work out right now i want to keep getting size but still continue to lose weight.

    monday chest,ticeps and serretus abs
    tuesday back,biceps and forarms
    wednesday shoulders,traps and delts abs
    thursday quads,hams and calves
    friday i would like to add lagging parts here such as serretus,abs,
    lower pecks and forearms.
    saturday off
    sunday off

    Im also adding next monday- friday cardio 30- 45 mins on an elipptical trainer " i have a bad knee" i have 6 weeks left in my gear 2ml of 300 test and 1ml of 300 dec getting good size even though my body fat percentage went down 10 percent at 30 percent now. i weigh 240 at 5'10 i would like to get to 210 to 220 with under 14 percent body fat. is this a realistic goal to set ......please suggest any changes you would do ... i need all the help i can get.

    I didnt have time to read your other questions besides the one asking how many times should you work out each muscle, and the answer is one, even week areas, you have to give your muscles time to repair and grow. You can do abs and calfs more than one, 2 maybe 3 a week would be good, maybe someone can write somethin out for ya, in a hurry, sorry

    I think it's ok, but you can't do it permanently. By that I mean you need to change up your routine every so often. If you want to do something 2 times a week think about combining some of these days (especially if you have the time to go to the gym twice on certain days of the week). Monday and Wednesday could be combined into a push day where you only do exercises that you push on (chest, shoulders w/ the exception of raises, and triceps). Then do your pull exercises on Tuesday or Wednesday (back, biceps, and traps). After that you still have the rest of the week to get your legs in and then pick one area you want to focus on more and work on that (pull or push). You can even get more specific in that area and say if you want to widen you chest start with a wide-grip bench and work more on pecs than the other, but don't neglect the others. But you can't do this forever.

    Also, it is my opinion that abs and calfs can be done 2 times/week sometimes more depending on your goals. However, I wouldn't do them everyday.

    You cardio looks good, you might want to consider taking a day off during the week and doing a little on Saturday so that you have a break in there. It's easy to get burnt out if you are doing 5 consecutive days in a row, and one days rest in there can be a lifesaver. That's my .02

    i do every other day and on off days do cardio. sometimes though i do lift and do cardio.

    Every other day for each bodypart. Try adding some winnie if cutting.

    once a week per bodypart...do HIT training
    workout 3 times a week, all out
