different workout when "on"?

wondering how and if you guys change workouts when on?
I usually do more work per muscle and naturally the intensity is up.
Now I am doing probably every 3rd workout a continuious tension thing.
(mabey there is a fancy name someone gave it now)
I do a set of mabey 10 in approx. 90 seconds - with continuious tension
untill failure. You should be shaking for at least those last 3 reps.
Dam I'm loving it - what a pump. The other workouts in
between I just do traditional - heavy to failure. This is a good break for
the mind as well. When it hurts I'm having fun - Dam, we are a sick bunch.
What you guys do??

i definitely train differently while on because my recovery time is improved. I don't necessarily do it consciuously

I dont change much cept only performing my power movements EOW instead of EW. Other than that nothing else changes.

Yeah, I feel like doing so much more than DC while I'm on. I kinda want to go back to a five day split with higher volume. Anyone have any opinions on this?

DC kills me, I would be happy with only 2 workouts a week.

maybe Im just used to such low volume though. i haven't been to the gym more than 3 times a week (weight lifting) in years.

I usually work out more intensely. I have to be careful though so I don't overdo it. That continuous tension workout is hard but very rewarding, and yes, we are a sick bunch, lol.

I dont like DC training but do use the stretching techniques b/c they work well for me but you can do power cleans with DC or other power movements and I grow from progressive overload and power building.
