Pre/Post Workout Nutrition

How does everyone handle their nutrition surrounding their workouts? I might change my nutrition plan around depending on what everyone else does. Here's what it looks like right now...
90 mins pre-workout - 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1 can of tuna
During first half of workout - 25g whey, 3g Creatine Esthyl Ester, bcaa's (scivation's xtend)
During second half of workout - 25g whey, bcaa's
Immediately post workout - 25g whey, 15g dextrose, 3g Creatine Ethyl Ester
30 mins later - 25g whey, bcaa's
30 mins later - 50g protein from frozen fish, 40g carbs from brown rice
75 mins later - 50g protein from frozen fish, 40g carbs from brown rice

This is my busiest time of the day, and I'm always starving.
 
some sore of carbs before workout usually a shake with a cup of oats blended up 50 or so g's of protein. Imediatly after workout 60 or 70 g's of isolate and dextrose. bout 45 minutes after that a low glycemic carb rice oats and fish or chicken usually.
 
Beforehand in general carbs and protein to make sure your glycogen stores and amino acid pool are maxed out, similar thing after in larger amounts to do the same thing.

i usually just do a pre workouk shake and a post workout shake followed by a meal about an hour later
i dont like to drink anything besides water while training, it makes me full and uncomfortable when lifting

same here, this is what works for me but everyone is different bro.

T- By the looks of it you're doing awesome so if it's working for you stick with it
 
i usually eat before heading out the door to the gym. even thats pushing it as sometimes I'll get heartburn and gas while working out.

i make 2 post workout shakes. they contain the same thing...dextrose and whey. The 2nd shake has half as much as the first. the first also has glutamine/creatine/etc. if Im using those. food wont go down easy after a workout so its all liquid for me.
 
I take in a shake PreWO either 1:1 or 2:1 ratio and PWO is 3:1 ratio. I also depending on my goals drink gatorade during that has been water down to a 3:1 ratio with water to keep my body well hydrated doing power movements while keeping bloat down.
