Those of you who use orals (which I'm sure is a lot), when you take them, how are you taking them? Specifically, I'm trying to find out differences in those who don't seem to get a lot of results from orals and those who do.

For example, what is your water intake like? What is your sodium intake? These two things seem to be factors in how well orals work.

After making a selection in the poll, please post what you marked and what your gains were.

Water high sodium low keeps me from adding unnecessary bloat. 2 gals a day, 0 added salt and only low salt food. Try to keep my total sodium intake under 1500 for the day. Most days are under 1000. I have never had any issues with sides, even at 60mg a day of dbol.

Water med, sodium med.

I drink whenever I'm thirsty or maybe a little more, but don't make any effort to change it. I never add salt, but I do eat a fast food hamburger or baked chicken sandwich now and then as well as the occasional TV dinner. In the case of TV dinners, I usually try to find high protein, low fat, low sodium items, but most all of them have fairly high sodium.

I usually take letro with dbol because I can get gyno from it and that also keeps water bloat to a minimum. I've also used var and tbol, but those don't cause any problems with water retention (or gyno).

As far as results...

dbol - huge size and strength gains and some water retention (even with letro), gains from dbol become much less spectacular after about 10 days.

var - low to moderate size gains, very good strength gains, amazing increase in ability to do high intensity cardio. With var, I only have to stop doing cardio or HIIT because I have other things in my life outside of the gym :)

tbol - not really impressed with size or strength gains, can't take it anymore due to BP increases. I know at least one person who made great gains in strength and lean mass from small doses, but he has amazing responses to gear of all types.

My water is high, but my fruit, and veggies are high so i don't drink as much since there is lots of fluids in them. But i keep my sodium moderate,as i love salt but i don't over do it.
