i always did 20iu post workout. but i also am not sensitive to slin or igf. are you using humalog or R? id just start with like 5iu as long as youre not calorie restricted.
i think its enough. i only used it post w/o. as for training..i remember your post a little while back about always going heavy. you ever try that lower intensity, higher rep and volume training? if not, now would be good.
well i know one can only train heavy and hard so long before they plateau or injure themselves. switching things up will help you keep making gains. i hate any 'lighter' training myself, but different can be better.
