Also, depends on the gear, and what brand it is
So yesterday I did three ccs I the bis and three in tris. Had my wife massage it vigourously for 5 minutes each mucsle. The result: Some of the worst damn pain in recent memory. I’ll probably give it another whirl next week since these things often get better with time but it affected my workout in a negative way today. I'd like to do this for 4 weeks straight before moving on to the pecs. Lets see if I can hande the pain.
your nuts bro lol i wouldnt put 3cc's in my bi's unless it was synthol and i was just trying to stretch god damn i can imagine the pain your feeling.
Go for it bro !! People slam Synthol at 3cc's in
the smaller muscle groups to stretch the fascia.. so why NOT stretch it w/
OILS That actually benefit .. that's what I think !!
I mean I personally have never done 3cc's in my bi's perse in each
individual HEAD but.... 2cc in Inner bicep head.. 1.5cc in the Outer bicep...
but plan on working my way up !! hahaha... MORE MORE MORE .. is GOOD
GOOD GOOD !!
There is a big difference between 3 ml of Syntherol and 3 ml of gear in
terms of the physical inflammation.
The inflammation you get when when doing Syntherol is purely from the
trauma of the pin breaking through the skin and tearing through some
muscle fibers. The oil itself is pretty neutral in that it's no drug and it
doesn't do anything apart from sit there.
Gear on the other hand in itself causes inflammation even if the was no
injection. This is why you can't do gear shots as often as you can do shots
with Syntherol in the same muscle group. The inflammation from Syntherol
settles down within a day whereas the inflammation from gear lasts several
days at least.
IMO pinning 3cc is the same in the bi/tris/delt etc as it is in the glute. But
you need to make sure that you do not pin the same site until the inflamed
area has completely recovered as stuffing more irritants into an already
irritated area is what is going to cause the scar tissue, not the initial shot.
All great points, I think you're right on.
Thanks.
This is also why I think a lot of people really believe in site growth from site
injections. They pin and pin their gear in their arms or delts etc. And the
inflammation will cause a physically bigger muscle. From there if you keep
pinning without allowing the muscle to recover, you will be creating scar
tissue - this will also give a physically bigger muscle... just in a different
way and shouldn't be confused with fascial stretching stretching achieved
through using SEOs like Syntherol. As you simply do not inject a sufficient
amount of oil with the gear to apply any kind of real pressure on the
muscle fascia.
I guess it's the other way to skin the cat but it is likely doing more harm then good.
If you can get people to think of it in those terms then they might understand, but most of the idiots are too closed minded to grasp the logical sense of it all
